Corrugated Pipe

We have been selling technology to make corrugated tubing and corrugated pipe since 2000 in North America. Representing Adescor downstream equipment and Unicor GmbH pipe corrugators we offer proven solutions for manufacturing corrugated pipe. We also represent a number of other machinery manufacturers on a project basis - allowing us to offer complete turnkey systems for your pipe extrusion needs.

Technical Tubing Corrugating Equipment:

Offering the complete technology to make corrugated tube, convoluted tubing and other tube products with very special profiles not suited to vacuum tank extrusion. We also do product R&D and proto-type runs.

Extrusion Downstream Equipment:

Offering pipe cutters, dump tables, takeoff and packaging tables suiting many pipe extrusion applications. If there is a piece of equipment needed after pipe extrusion, we likely have a piece of equipment to offer.

Drain Tile Machinery:

Offering all the technology needed to make drain tile we can help a company select all the equipment required and support the start-up. We have machinery partners selling the pipe corrugator and downstream equipment to make farm drain. We also sell used equipment from time to time dependent on availability.

We offer a range of pipe coilers from manual to fully automatic for corrugated and solid wall pipe extrusion. We also do specialty designs for customers requiring coiling automation.

Who We Are?

Tony Kime the principal of Profile Pipe Machinery and partner in Adescor, spent 15 years with Big 'O' Inc on the management team and ownership. Working in many areas of the corrugated pipe business he acquired unique experience with pipe extrusion technology and relationships with many companies in the industry. In the fall of 2000 Tony had a chance to embark into the sale of corrugators with Unicor, and has enjoyed growth of his customers and partners since. Operating the company with his wife Bonnie they work from their home office about 2 hours NW of Ottawa, Canada.

We offer a broad range of pipe extrusion downstream equipment. This includes pipe cutters, takeoff tables, crating equipment and many other accessory machinery used in a pipe plant. The equipment is made in Exeter Ontario by Adescor who have been building machinery for pipe extrusion plants for over 20 years.

We offer a range of pipe coiler solution for winding pipe or profiles in extrusion plants. From small manually operated single reel machines to large double head fully automatic systems, we have a pipe winder solution that will meet your needs. The machinery can be used in both solid wall or corrugated pipe extrusion systems.

We offer replacement molds for many types of pipe corrugators used in North America. We also offer proto-typing capability for technical tubes and hoses through a number of our partners. If you need molds made for a new part, and want us to organize the test run, we are happy to do so.
