Inline bell liner trimmer / liner reamers

Inline bell liner trimmer / liner reamers are used for cutting the liner out of corrugated double wall pipe after cutting. These machines are only used for corrugated pipe made using single layer bell technology, which has shown to be the faster production method when compared to double layer bell technology. The typical North American producers have chosen single layer bell technology and use a liner trimmer in conjunction with the cutoff to remove the liner within the bell.

Adescor have developed numerous models of liner trimmers and we display the typical ones here for example. They can be equipped with pipe weighing systems and pipe let down devices or pipe turner / rotators, along with any other customer specified material handling ideas.

The Adescor technologies are based using knife slicing systems and are extremely fast and accurate. The fastest current line is the Adescor 410LT which can operate at line speeds of 60'/min (18 m/min) when cutting 20' (6m) pipe lengths.

Adescor 836 LT

The 836 inner liner trimmer is an integrated pipe take-off-conveyor and inner liner trimmer system. By employing a knife, it is capable of trimming the inner liner from integrally formed couplers on corrugated pipes ranging in sizes from 200mm ID to 900mm ID. The machine includes a pipe take-off-conveyor, inner liner trimming system and dumping system.
