Product Applications

This range of corrugator machines for pipe extrusion are ideal for the manufacture of smoothwall corrugated PE, PP and PVC pipes. The major application for these products are wire ducting, drainage and sewerage. In Northern climates double wall corrugated pipe is used in pipe line insulating applications. The Unicor corrugator machines have been widely used in Europe and Asia and have made millions of feet of pipe over the past 15 years.

The corrugator technology is known for its excellent mold temperature control, reducing the effect of ambient temperature on the cooling of the mold blocks. The result of this good cooling system is a process easy to control for the pipe outside diameters and inline bell joining systems.
