Questions required to specifiy a Pipe Coiler.

We have prepared a downloadable document with the basic questions we require answers to when we prepare a quote for a pipe coiler. While this information is not required for us to answer the most basic questions about our equipment, we very quickly start asking many questions about your needs which help us respond to your inquiry with the proper machine.

Given the diversity of coilers we can offer, there are many questions: the coiling of smooth or corrugated pipe; manual, semi automatic or fully automatic; 1/2" water pipe to 6" corrugated pipe and no doubt varying requirements in line speeds, you can see it is very helpful to understand what you want to do when you send us an inquiry.

The downloadable form asks all these questions in an easy to fill out word document, and also includes a table which asks you to put the limits of small to large or slowest to fastest on the various products you will wish to run on the machine. This helps us very quickly respond to your interest, and also helps you think about what you really want.

The form is in a password protected directory, so you will first have to send us an inquiry asking for the password to download it. We will quickly respond getting you the login information to get access to the document.
