We have been selling technology to make corrugated tubing and corrugated pipe since 2000 in North America. Representing Adescor downstream equipment and Unicor GmbH pipe corrugators we offer proven solutions for manufacturing corrugated pipe. We also represent a number of other machinery manufacturers on a project basis - allowing us to offer complete turnkey systems for your pipe extrusion needs.

Technical Tubing Corrugating Equipment:

Offering the complete technology to make corrugated tube, convoluted tubing and other tube products with very special profiles not suited to vacuum tank extrusion. We also do product R&D and proto-type runs.

Extrusion Downstream Equipment:

Offering pipe cutters, dump tables, takeoff and packaging tables suiting many pipe extrusion applications. If there is a piece of equipment needed after pipe extrusion, we likely have a piece of equipment to offer.

Drain Tile Machinery:

Offering all the technology needed to make drain tile we can help a company select all the equipment required and support the start-up. We have machinery partners selling the pipe corrugator and downstream equipment to make farm drain. We also sell used equipment from time to time dependent on availability.

If you are looking for replacement mold blocks for your pipe corrugator we would be happy to get you a quote. We have a number of companies we work with that make mould blocks for the many models of corrugators available on the market.

We can also do repair or insert older mold blocks which have damage to the profiles, it is often possible to take older moulds and reinsert them with a new profile.

Corrugators that we have experience with are the Unicor, Olmas, Itib and Drossbach machines, and commonly available pipe corrugators in North America such as the Corma 120 and Cullom TVC123. If you have another brand I am sure we can make a mold for it.

Wether it be a steel or aluminum mold blocks, using blow molding or vacuum forming the mold shops we work with are experienced mould makers and have built strong reputations making molds for the technical profile market. If you need moulds for automotive profiles, medical tubing or any other specialty application we are likely to already have experience with similar designs.

If you are proto-typing a new part we can offer very fast turn around on a few pairs of molds so you can test the profile prior to cutting a full set. We have relationships with a number of companies who can proto-type a new part, so if you have an idea of an endless tube you want to make, get in touch with us and we can talk about the process of doing a first run part.

The equipment is made in Huron Park, Ontario by Adescor who have been building machinery for pipe extrusion plants for over 20 years.
